ROERO ARNEIS "SALVANO"

DOCG 2018

GRAPES: Premium Arneis di Vezza d’Alba.

VINIFICATION: Grapes are softly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 16°C. It remains in contact with yeasts in steel tanks for at least 6 months with continuous “batonnages”.

TASTING NOTES: Intense straw yellow colour with green hues. Soft, agreeable and persistent bouquet with scents of pineapple. Fresh, smooth and harmonic taste.

Minimum Alcohol by Vol. 13.5%

LANGHE CHARDONNAY "SOGNANTE" DOCG 2015

GRAPES: Premium Chardonnay di Castiglione Falletto.

VINIFICATION: Grapes are softly pressed and fermented in barriques. It remains in contact with bacteria in barriques for 18 months with continuous “batonnages”.

TASTING NOTES: Vibrant straw yellow colour. Very rich bouquet with scents of

pineapple and clove. The palate reminds of toasted bread and ripe tropical fruit and finely integrated oak.

PREMIUM SELECTION

VINO DI GAVI "MANFREDI"

DOCG 2018

GRAPES: Premium Cortese di Gavi.

VINNIFICATION: Typical Piedmont vinification of 10/12 days process. Aged in stainless steel tank for sixteen months and aged in bottle one month.

TASTING NOTES: Light typical straw yellow color, fine and pleasantly fresh; it is very delicate and dry, with personal fairly marked acidulous notes, very persistent.

FALANGHINA "BENEVETANO"

TERRE BORBONOCHE IGP 2017

GRAPES: Falanghina Greco di Campania.

VINIFICATION: The grapes are softly pressed. Then, the must goes through the fermentation process for 20 days. Later, the must is refined in stainless steel tanks for 12 months. The wine is bottled and aged for 5 months prior to its release.

TASTING NOTES: Bright straw color with green highlights. Delicate bouquet with exotic fruit perfume and elegant aromatic herbs hints. Warm taste, full and silky with a good freshness. Good acidity and persistence to the palate.

Minimum Alcohol by Vol. 12.5%

CHARDONNAY "VENETO"

IGT 2017

GRAPES: Chardonnay di Friuli - Giulia.

VINIFICATION: White vinification of grapes through soft pressing. The resulting must is transferred to steel vats where fermentation is completed over 10 days at a controlled temperature of 18-20 °C on carefully selected yeasts. Maturation takes place on the fine lees for some months in steel vats. The wine is then bottled and stands for two months.

TASTING NOTES:  Straw color with greenish highlights. Fine, delicate scent features hints of flowers and white pulp fruit. A wine with good structure, on the palate sapid with well-balanced softness and freshness.

PINOT GRIGIO DELLE VENEZIE

IGP 2016

GRAPES: Pinot Grigio di Venezie.

VINIFICATION: Vinified trough cryogenic process, aged for one year in stainless feel tank and at least six months in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES: Crispy dry white wine, with flower and rosebud hints. Very pleasent refreshing finish.

SOAVE CLASICCO

TASTING NOTES: Dry, batter-velvet taste. Hints of fresh flowers with smooth finish.

PECORINO TERRE DI CHIETI 

PGI 2018

GRAPES: Pecorino

VINIFICATION: Fermentation without the skins in stainless steel tanks without  yeast ; malolactic fermentation carried out.

TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow with golden highlights. Rich bouquet of citrus, hay, dried flowers and anise. Finishes with mineral harmonious hints, very persistent and fruity.
