ROERO ARNEIS "SALVANO"

DOCG 2018

AGING POTENTIAL: 18 to 20 years

GRAPES: Premium Arneis di Vezza d’Alba.

VINIFICATION: Grapes are softly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 16°C. It remains in contact with yeasts in steel tanks for at least 6 months with continuous “batonnages”.

TASTING NOTES: Intense straw yellow colour with green hues. Soft, agreeable and persistent bouquet with scents of pineapple. Fresh, smooth and harmonic taste.

Minimum Alcohol by Vol. 13.5%


LANGHE CHARDONNAY "SOGNANTE" DOCG 2015

AGING POTENTIAL: 18 to 20 years

GRAPES: Premium Chardonnay di Castiglione Falletto.

VINIFICATION: Grapes are softly pressed and fermented in barriques. It remains in contact with bacteria in barriques for 18 months with continuous “batonnages”.

TASTING NOTES: Vibrant straw yellow colour. Very rich bouquet with scents of

pineapple and clove. The palate reminds of toasted bread and ripe tropical fruit and finely integrated oak.

Minimum Alcohol by Vol. 13%

VINO DI GAVI "MANFREDI"

DOCG 2018

AGING POTENTIAL:  10 years

GRAPES: Premium Cortese di Gavi.

VINNIFICATION: Typical Piedmont vinification of 10/12 days process. Aged in stainless steel tank for sixteen months and aged in bottle one month.

TASTING NOTES: Light typical straw yellow color, fine and pleasantly fresh; it is very delicate and dry, with personal fairly marked acidulous notes, very persistent.

FALANGHINA "BENEVETANO"

TERRE BORBONOCHE IGP 2017

AGING POTENTIAL:  10 years

GRAPES: Falanghina Greco di Campania.

VINIFICATION: The grapes are softly pressed. Then, the must goes through the fermentation process for 20 days. Later, the must is refined in stainless steel tanks for 12 months. The wine is bottled and aged for 5 months prior to its release.

TASTING NOTES: Bright straw color with green highlights. Delicate bouquet with exotic fruit perfume and elegant aromatic herbs hints. Warm taste, full and silky with a good freshness. Good acidity and persistence to the palate.

CHARDONNAY SUPERIORE

BOSCO GRANDE DOC 2017

AGING POTENTIAL: 15 years

GRAPES: Chardonnay 

VINIFICATION: soft pressing to extract only top-grade must, fermentation in heat-conditioned and controlled stainless steel tanks. Then the wine is moved all the wine was matured in stainless steel and spent 6 months on the lees in oak. 

TASTING NOTES: The wine with deep straw yellow color, with rich bouquet and intense, harmonious balance between spice and

fruit. Full-bodied, with hints of ripe fruit, smooth with good long length finish.

CHARDONNAY "VENETO"

IGT 2017

AGING POTENTIAL: 5 years

GRAPES: Chardonnay di Friuli - Giulia.

VINIFICATION: White vinification of grapes through soft pressing. The resulting must is transferred to steel vats where fermentation is completed over 10 days at a controlled temperature of 18-20 °C on carefully selected yeasts. Maturation takes place on the fine lees for some months in steel vats. The wine is then bottled and stands for two months.

TASTING NOTES:  Straw color with greenish highlights. Fine, delicate scent features hints of flowers and white pulp fruit. A wine with good structure, on the palate sapid with well-balanced softness and freshness.

PINOT GRIGIO DELLE VENEZIE

IGP 2016

AGING POTENTIAL: 10 years

GRAPES: Pinot Grigio di Venezie.

VINIFICATION: Vinified trough cryogenic process, aged for one year in stainless feel tank and at least six months in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES: Crispy dry white wine, with flower and rosebud hints. Very pleasent refreshing finish.

Alcohol by Vol. 12.5%

COCOCCIOLA

COLLINE PESCARESI IGP 2019

AGING POTENTIAL: 7 to 9 years

GRAPES: Cococciola Abruzzese 

VINIFICATION: The grapes are hand-harvested and selected, then soft trodden. The must is moved to vinification by maturing the wine in stainless steel vats, then wine is moved to aged in Slavonian oak for 18 months. IN addition wine is aged tin bottle for 6 months. 

TASTING NOTES: Cococciola is a rare and ancient Abruzzese grape variety that holds good acidity it is really characterful wine. develop on this mouthwatering, dry and crisp white.

SOAVE CLASICCO 

DOP 2015

AGING POTENTIAL: 15 years

VINIFICATION: Vinified trough cryogenic process, aged for one year in stainless feel tank and at least six months in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES: Dry, batter-velvet taste. Hints of fresh flowers with smooth finish.

PECORINO

IGP 2019

AGING POTENTIAL: 7 to 9 years

GRAPES: Pecorino

VINNIFICATION: The grapes are hand-picked and carried in small cases and taken in the winery. The must obtained is partly transferred in terracotta amphorae and partly in old French oak tonneaux. The fermentation process is melactonic pied-de-cuve The wine is then racked and left to age on fine 15hl Slavonian oak barrels and in terracotta amphorae. 

TASTING NOTES: Clearly, the sheep were onto something, Pecorino is tremendous bang-for-your-buck wine. Tasting hues are of soft fruit, florals, dry herb, minerality. All balanced by freshening acid and a slightly heavier mouthfeel making Pecorino a prime age-worthy wine.

PECORINO TERRE DI CHIETI 

PGI 2018

AGING POTENTIAL: 5 to 7 years

GRAPES: Pecorino

VINIFICATION: Fermentation without the skins in stainless steel tanks without  yeast ; malolactic fermentation carried out.

TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow with golden highlights. Rich bouquet of citrus, hay, dried flowers and anise. Finishes with mineral harmonious hints, very persistent and fruity.

TREBBIANO D'ABRUZZO 

DOP 2019

AGING POTENTIAL: 7 to 9 years

GRAPES: Garganega di Trebbiano (Bombino Bianco)

VANIFICATION: The wine is made with traditional style vinification that takes place in stainless steel vats.Aged one year in Salvonian oak and the in addition aged fro six months in a bottle. 

TASTING NOTES: Very delicate, with little variety and depth with pears, acacia, lavender and citrus This wine has a spectrum of the full aromatic hues with smooth dry finish.
