WINE IS THE ANSWER, WHAT IS THE QUESTION?

BAROLO "VINORUM" RISERVA DOCG 2011, 2013

GRAPES: Grand Cru Nebbiolo di Barolo.

VINIFICATION: It is undoubtedly the most prestigious Italian wine, and a milestone in the Piedmontese and Langa tradition. It is an exquisite product vinified exclusively during exceptional year 2011, in a limited quantity of bottles.

TASTING NOTES: Intense and deep garnet red colour. Very persistent bouquet with scent of sweet wood and vanilla. Dry and velvety aftertaste.

Minimum Alcohol by Vol. 14.5%

BAROLO "MILLENIUM"
RISERVA DOCG 2012

GRAPES: Grand Cru Nebbiolo di Barolo.

VINIFICATION: Exclusively during exceptional years of Piedmontese Langa area, and in a limited quantity of bottles.

TASTING NOTES: Deep garnet red color. Intense very persistent dry velvety bouquet, with hints of sweet wood taste with vanilla hue finish.

Minimum Alcohol by Vol. 14.5%

AMARONE CLASSICO
DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG 2014, 2015

GRAPES: Grand Cru Corvina, Rondinella, Mollinara.

VINIFICATION: Voted among the TOP 10 Best Italian wines. Vinified trough cryogenic process, aged for 7 years in Slavonian oak and at least twelfe months in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES: Intense pomegranate color with aging tending towards deep red garnet. Quite intense ethereal bouquet reminiscence of prunes with hints of vanilla and meadow flowers. Ariigano Delicious!

DIANO D'ALBA "FOSCO"
SUPERIORE DOCG 2016, 2017

GRAPES: Grand Cru Dolcetto di Diano D'Alba.

VINIFICATION: Traditional method of fermentation, refined in Slavonian oak and aged in addition in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES: Clear dar ruby color with violet hues. Clear and persistent bouquet with scent of gillyflower and matured blackberries, almond aftertaste finish.

Minimum Alcohol by Vol. 13.5%

LANGHE ROSSO
"TRABUCH" DOC 2016, 2017

GRAPES: Barbera, Nebbiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon di Neive e Diano D'Alba.

VINIFICATION: Vinified in barrique barrels and aged in addition in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES: Very appreciated world known wine. Very intense ruby color, full-body wine with sweet and velvety tannin with great aftertaste of gillyflowers.

Minimum Alcohol by Vol. 13.5%






AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO DOCG 2014, 2015

GRAPES: Corvina, Molinara,Rondinella.

VINIFICATION: Amazon styled vilification aged for 5 years in Slvonian oak and at pst six months in a bottle.

TASTING NOTES: Deep red garnet with violet hues. Intense fruity bouquet with hints of vanilla and rose flowers. With spectacular delicious finish in taste.

Minimum Alcohol by Vol. 15%



LANGHE NEBBIOLO

"GENTILIUM" DOC 2016

GRAPES: Nebbiolo di Langhe

VINIFICATION: Grapes are vinified as long as 8 days at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged in oak barrels containing 2800 l. for 22 months.

TASTING NOTES: Bright ruby colour. Clear and softly elegant bouquet with scents of liquorice. Intense taste with vanilla aftertaste.
