AGING POTENTIAL: 10 years
GRAPES: Merlot & Robaso di Veneto.
VINIFICATION: Vinified trough cryogenic process, aged for one year in stainless steel tank and at least two months in the bottle.
TASTING NOTES: More orange-pink than red-pink, this Rosato Veneto is always enticing. Featuring aromas of spring flowers and notes of cherry, strawberry and watermelon. The beautiful acidity makes this wine the one what rosé that we drink year-round!

BARDOLINO CHIARETTO
DOP 2018
AGING POTENTIAL: 7 to 9 years
GRAPES: Bardolino.
VINIFICATION: Vinified trough cryogenic process, aged for one year in stainless steel tank and at least two months in the bottle.
TASTING NOTES: More red-pink than orange-pink, this Bardolino is fresh and flowery, with aromas of flowers and forest fruits.. Very low acidity makes this wine definitely drinkable year-round!

PINOT GRIGIO DELLE VENEZIE ROSATO DOC 2017
AGING POTENTIAL: 7 to 9 years
GRAPES: Pinot Grigio Rosato di Friuli - Giulia.
VINIFICATION: White/Pink vinification of grapes through soft pressing. To avoid acquiring a typical pink color is richer by lie on the skins. After soft pressing it is transferred into steel vats where fermentation is completed over 10 days at a controlled temperature of 18-20 °C on carefully selected yeasts. Maturation takes place on the fine lees for some months in steel vats. The wine is then bottled and stands for two months.
TASTING NOTES: Luminous straw light pink color. With clean, intense scent has pleasant floral hints and typical pear and apple aromas. The flavor is full and well-balanced with refreshing sapidity.

CERASUOLO D'ABRUZZO "GIULLIANA VICNI" DOC 2018
AGING POTENTIAL: 7 to 9 years
VINIFICATION: This Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo is made entirely from indigenous Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes. Original and old clones in order to guarantee the identity and the traditional flavors of Cerasuolo wine. Hand harvested in the end of September. Cold maceration with skins, no press just free run juice.
TASTING NOTES: Dark pink-red, enticing aromas of raspberry, strawberry jam, violet and sweet spices. Dense, rich and suave, with a fleshy, tactile mouthfeel and rich, ripe red berry and red cherry flavors. Finishes very long, with noteworthy balance and size. After taste is fresh, lively and multilayered.

VINIFICATION: White vinification of red grapes through soft pressing. After soft pressing it is transferred into steel vats where fermentation is completed over 10 days at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C.. Maturation takes place on the fine lees for some months in steel vats.
TASTING NOTES: Bright rose color, fruity with presents notes of wood and hints of cherries. With well rounded taste with very balanced finish.
