NERO D'AVOLA "SICILIA"

GRAPES: Nero D'avola di Sicilia.
VINIFICATION: Attention to detail is applied when making the wine, this in order to reduce as much as possible any microbiological growths the fermentation is malolactic.After racking, the wines is stored, making sure that no oxygen what so ever comes into contact. Aged in stainless steel thanks for one year and then in oak for six months.
TASTING NOTES: The colour is an intense purple-red, with a bouquet of wild berries, blackcurrants and spices. On the palate it is full-bodied, with supple, soft tannins and a long finish.

GRAPES: Sangiovese di Peccioli
VINIFICATION: This wine process of maceration for 10/14 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature to facilitate the extraction of the coloring contained in the grape skins. in stainless steel tank for a year, and aged in bottle for six more months.
TASTING NOTES: Bright crimson red of good clarity wine. Very reminiscent of red fruit jam, blackberry, strawberry and raspberry. Rounded, soft body with full, fruity finish.

GRAPES: Cernjak di Basilicata
VINIFICATION: Vinified trough cryogenic process, one year in stainless steel thank aged for one year in Slavonian oak and at least six months aged in the bottle.
TASTING NOTES: Garnet dark red color, wild berries, red berries and rosebud hints. It's bouquet is intense with spiced and ripened fruit scents. On the palate is firm, full, with a lively tannic note. Deep bold at finish.

VINIFICATION: Very best of Montepulciano , this wine is aged one year in stainless steel tank, then three months aged in oak barrel and at least six months aged in addition in bottle.
TASTING NOTES: Very garnet red color, dark berries with hint of roses. Bold and full bouquet. Very delicious wine.

GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon di Friuli - Giulia.
VINIFICATION: Red vinification of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Fermentation takes place on the skins in steel vats for 8-10 days at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C, on carefully selected yeasts. After racking of the wine is held in steel vats until bottling.
TASTING NOTES: Deep red with purple highlights. The scent is broad, intense and lingering, slightly herbaceous with hints of raspberries and vanilla. The dry, harmonious flavor has elegant tannins and good complexity.

GRAPES: Merlot di Friuli - Giulia.
Red vinification of Merlot grapes. Fermentation takes place on the skins in steel vats for 8-10 days at a controlled temperature of 24-26 °C, on carefully selected yeasts. After racking off the wine is held in steel vats until bottling.
TASTING NOTES: he colour is deep ruby red. Scent Is intense and clean with hints of violets and mixed berries. Well-balanced, fine flavor with evident tannins perfectly integrated into the structure.

MERLOT "VENZIA"
DOC 2017
GRAPES: Merlot di Friuli - Giulia.
VINIFICATION: Red vinification of Merlot grapes. Fermentation takes place on the skins in steel vats for 8-10 days at a controlled temperature of 24-26 °C. After racking off the wine is placed in concrete vats for 10-12 days, in which malolactic fermentation takes place. It then matures on the fine lees for approximately 6 months before bottling.
TASTING NOTES: The color is intense red with purple highlights. The scent is vinous, pleasant, just a little herbaceous, in contrast with the clear fruity hints.Full-bodied, definite and well-balanced flavor.

REFOSCO "TREVENEZIE"

GRAPES: Refosco di Trevenezie
VINIFICATION: The grapes are pressed and macerate in vats under controlled temperature, for 12 days with daily pumping of the must over its dregs. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 12 months steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES: Fresh and fruity bouquet mainly reminiscent of cherry and blackberry. A good freshness and a wrapping finish sustain its warm and velvety taste.

VINIFICATION: Vinified by soft perusing of the grapes. Aged for 12 moths in thank and at least six months in the bottle.

NEGROAMARO "TACCO BAROCCO" IGP 2018
GRAPES: Negroamaro
TASTING NOTES: Wine with pleasant ruby color. Bouquet of varietal taste of black flowers, very velvety with hints of tulips on the nose. The mouth if full red berries, ripped fruits, spices and the oak flavors. Finnish with mild body with great aftertaste, medium well-integrated alcohol.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON "VENEZIA" TERRE DEI DOGI D.O.C. 2016
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon di Venezie.
VINIFICATION: After the grapes-picking that takes place in the last week of September, the grapes are pressed and macerate in vats, having a given, checked temperature, for 12 days with daily pumping of the must over its dregs. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 12 months steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES: Characteristically fruity and spicy taste, pleasant and fine with reminds of pepper, redcurrant and bilberry. Warm and velvety, well-structured palate.

ANGLIANICO "BENEVENTANO" TERRE BORBONICHE I.G.P. 2017
GRAPES: Anglianico di Benevento, Campania.
VINIFICATION: Soft crushing, pre-fermentative maceration
at 41°F for 10 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation for 7-10 days at a temperature of 71°F. The wine is put into barrels for eight months, after bottling is for 6 months aged in addition.
TASTING NOTES: The color is an intense deep ruby while the bouquet is ample, vigorous bouquet with berries and soft fruits scents. Charmingly tannic palate, dry, velvety and harmonic.

GRAPES: Montepulciano di Abruzzo
VINIFICATION: After being selected and harvested by hand the grapes are taken to the winery to be destemmed and crushed and then set in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature for which only one delestage follows. The wine obtained is racked in stainless steel vats where it rests for almost a year to then age six months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES: Due to proximity of the vines that are near a lake allows the roots of the vines to stay humid even during the dry season. This makes the wine to be fresh and elegant, with great bold bouquet and smooth finish.

GRAPES: Croatina/Cernjak
TASTING NOTES: This wine have authentic expression of it's very original grape. Full body, great bouquet with hint of blackberry fruit. The mouth express a touch of tar and smoke. Finishes very juicy with long aftertaste.
